Office Hours

The staff of the Student Accounts Office will be working remotely and available to serve you between the hours of 8:30 to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Please email us with your questions and include your Duquesne University nine-digit account number (beginning with the letter D) so we can locate your account.

To schedule a virtual appointment Monday through Friday, between11 and 1pm, please send an email with "Schedule Virtual Appointment" in the subject line. You are also welcome to contact our staff directly.  

New CASHNet Format Effective November 17, 2020

Sign Up for Electronic 1098-T Tuition Statement

Duquesne University has partnered with ECSI, offering you the opportunity to receive your 1098-T Tuition Statement electronically this year. To receive your form electronically, please enroll in eConsent by January 1, 2021. If eConsent is not received by January 1, 2021, the 1098-T will be mailed to the current permanent address on file at the end of January.

Benefits to receiving an electronic 1098-T are:

• Online delivery provides access to the form earlier than the traditional mailing process.
• Reduces delivery delays and easy retrieval if lost or misplaced.

Spring 2021

CASHNet

CASHNet is the online payment gateway for student payments, payment plans, refunds, etc. Find more information here!

Please note that parents do not automatically have access to CASHNet. Students must add parents/guardians as Authorized Payers in order to obtain their own log in information. 

eBills

Spring 2021 bills will be available in CASHNet on Friday, December 4, 2020. Bills are due on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.

Book Vouchers

Spring 2021 book vouchers will begin on Friday, December 4, 2020 and close on Friday, February 19, 2021.

Spring 2021 Payment Plan

The spring 2021 payment plan enrollment opens on Friday, December 4, 2020 in CASHNet. Find more information here.

Refunds

Spring 2021 refunds will be processed February 4, 2021. Students must enroll in eRefunds through CASHNet in order to receive funds via direct deposit.

Form 1098-T Paperless Option

Duquesne University has partnered with Heartland ECSI to offer you the opportunity to receive your 1098-T Tuition Statement electronically.  If you would like to receive your 2020 1098-T form electronically, please complete the 1098-T Electronic Consent form by January 1, 2021.
