Biography

Adrian Roe teaches in the Federal Litigation Clinic at Duquesne University School of Law. He also teaches in the Immigration Clinic at the West Virginia University College of Law. Professor Roe received his Bachelor of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University and his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law. Following a two-year federal district court clerkship, Professor Roe has been continuously engaged in private practice since 1986. His practice is limited to litigation but occurs in a variety of substantive contexts including plaintiffs' class actions, federal criminal defense, and immigration litigation. Professor Roe practices through the Pittsburgh based firm of Roe & Simon LLC.
