Diane Mead, BSN, RN, PCC

Diane Mead, BSN, RN, PCC, started her health care career over 25 years ago as a Nursing Assistant and worked her way up the corporate ladder to become the Vice President for the nation's largest hospice provider for the Northeast. Ms. Mead left corporate America in 2004 and founded Bethany Hospice in 2005, where she serves as President and CEO. Voted one of the Top 50 Business Women in Pennsylvania, Ms. Mead holds a BSN and a Professional Coaching Certification from Duquesne University. Ms. Mead has served on the Duquesne University Board of Governors, Duquesne University Alumni Association Board, LIFE Pittsburgh's Professional Advisory Board, Duquesne University School of Nursing Professional Advisory Board, President-elect Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation, as well as the AALNC Board (Pittsburgh Chapter) as President-elect.
