Biography
Sheryl Reinhard is responsible for the IT infrastructure ecosystem which includes data centers, service monitoring, network, telecommunications, servers, storage, backup, recovery and related software. The IT Infrastructure Services team is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for all IT systems and infrastructure. The team also provides consultative services and solutions by working closely with cross-functional business areas, Tech Partners and other IT groups to translate requirements into technical implementations following architectural and procedural best practices.
Reinhard is the Principle Investigator (PI) for a NSF funded Cyberinfrastructure Grant award to build a dedicated, high-speed research network in support of research activities and collaborations across the many research domains of Duquesne University. She has also served as a reviewer for the NSF Cyberinfrastructure Grant Review Committee.
Reinhard serves on the following University committees: Tech Partners, Business Managers Council
