Biography
Tom Falcione, R.Ph., is the Director of Experiential Education for the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy. In this role, he develops and maintains relationships with pharmacy preceptors and practice sites to provide student pharmacists with robust learning experiences. These experiences provide an environment where students can hone their clinical skills and prepare them to become a valuable member of the health care team, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
