The Center for Student Wellbeing has also arranged an impactful lineup of live, interactive and self-guided Wellbeing Activities, designed to nourish the mind, body and spirit. The reusable activities offer a holistic approach to increase motivation, enhance self-worth and reduce anxiety, to prepare you for everyday obstacles.
