Wellbeing Club

This organization was created to bring together Duquesne University students interested in cultivating wellbeing in their lives and the lives of others.
The organization aims to:
  • - Build a community of students for learning about and growing in our personal and collective happiness
  • - Pursue wellness in a way that helps us grow not only as students, but as humans
  • - Develop a better understanding of ourselves and what our greater purposes may be
  • - From a holistic perspective, address Mind, Body, and Spirit as three aspects of Wellbeing that are integrally connected to one another
  • - Explore techniques and practices that can help to cultivate Wellbeing in daily life as well as in specific situations
