The Importance of Sleep

Sleep is an integral part of wellbeing. Multiple research studies demonstrate the deterioration of physical and mental faculties when one does not have the enough sleep. Though it can be hard to come by in college, many students find that increased sleep along with consistency in sleep habits leads to greater productivity and a better mood.
