Good news! Face coverings no longer required outside on campus
Effective today, May 14, 2021, the University no longer requires that individuals wear face coverings while outdoors on campus. This action is a step as the University considers other possible changes to COVID-19 safety protocols.
Face coverings remain required indoors when in the presence of others. People are still expected to maintain social distance, to wash hands frequently, and to follow all other guidance for occupancy when inside campus buildings and facilities.
The University continues to review its policies as guidance evolves from local, state and national health professionals.
