Room Selection Process for Returning Students

All freshman and sophomore students are required to reside on campus or with their parent or guardian, in accordance with the Campus Residency Policy.
Returning students can select a room through Group Housing Selection or the Room Selection Lottery.

Thurs., Feb. 7, 2019, during lunch (11am-2pm) and dinner (4pm-7pm) in the Hogan Dining Hall

LLC Open House Events
Q & A, building tours available at each event.
Brottier Open House - Monday, February 4, 2019 @ 9 p.m. or Tuesday, February 12, 2019 @ 11 a.m. in Brottier Lobby
Des Places Open House - Monday, February 4, 2019 @ 9 p.m. in Des Places Lobby
Towers Open House - Monday, February 4, 2019 @ 9 p.m. in Towers MPR
Vickroy Open House - Monday, February 4, 2019 @ 9 p.m. in Vickroy Kitchen

To select a room, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a current student who will be registered full-time for the fall semester

  • Have a $0 student account balance

  • Make a $300 non-refundable deposit.

If you are unavailable to attend Room Selection, complete a Proxy Form allowing your friend, roommate, or Residence Life permission to select on your behalf.
