Housing For Graduate Students
We are able to offer housing to graduate students in a studio apartment located in Brottier Hall or in Vickroy Hall, a suite-style building on-campus.
Brottier Hall is a 20-story apartment building that offers studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a full kitchen, including refrigerator, electric stove and microwave. All apartments have a private bath. Brottier Hall housing agreements are offered as a 12 month lease. Check out the Brottier Hall brochure.
St. Martin Hall is a suite-style building that offers studio singles, double, and 2-bedroom spaces. A vast majority of the building consists of studio-singles with spectacular views of Duquesne University or the Pittsburgh skyline. Each suite is fully furnished and equipped with a private or semi-private bath and kitchenette, including refrigerator, induction cooktop and microwave.
Vickroy Hall is a suite-style building, opened in 1997. It offers suite-style accommodations and the building will be completely upperclassmen (juniors, seniors, 5th/6th year, graduate and law students). Each bedroom in Vickroy is connected to a bathroom which is shared by one other bedroom. The building is located on the east end of Academic Walk and will have a large, new common kitchen available for use by all Vickroy residents(rendering 1, rendering 2, rendering 3). Vickroy rooms are offered as an academic year housing agreement (late August through early May) with an available option for summer.
Meal plans are available, but optional, for graduate students residing in Brottier Hall or Vickroy Hall. More information on meal plans. Students living on campus are subject to the expectations of Duquesne University and values associated with the foundation of our Spiritian tradition, including visitation rules. Students are encouraged to review the Residence Life Handbook for specific expectations.
Please note space is limited. If you are interested in this opportunity, would like to obtain more information, or explore additional opportunities, please contact the Office of Residence Life at 412.396.6655 or email email@example.com.
