Report an Incident

Please complete the Incident Report Form to report concerns of possible violations of the University's Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities and Conduct (see page 18). We care about the well-being of our community members and appreciate the opportunity to address reported violations.

Duquesne is dedicated to providing an educational environment that supports our Catholic, Spiritan mission and values. This includes a profound respect for the dignity of each person, and a commitment to preserve and protect the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of all members of the campus community. Please also use this form to report concerns of possible sexual harassment or sexual misconduct.

If You Believe a Crime Has Been Committed

If you believe a crime has been committed against you or someone in the Duquesne community, please contact Duquesne Public Safety immediately, at 412.396.COPS (2667). Visit the Campus Safety webpage for more information.

If you have read the above information and are still not sure if your potential charge should be handled by the Office of Student Conduct, please call us at 412.396.6642.

If someone is in immediate crisis:

  • You can walk them to the University Counseling & Wellbeing Center: 636 Fisher Hall 412.396.6204.
  • After hours, contact Campus Police at 412.396.COPS (2677).
