Audio Visual Services
The Office of Conference & Event Services is dedicated to providing technology services that enhance your event! Event spaces across campus feature streamlined, integrated technology. In addition, we have a the ability to provide portable equipment. Features of each building are outlined below.

Each of the three sections of the Dougherty Ballroom feature a ceiling-mounted projector, screen and speakers; a lectern with a built-in microphone, MultiPassEnabled computer, monitor, presnetation remote, HDMI input for connecting personal devices; and up to two wireless lapel or wireless handheld microphones.
Union Ballroom: Features a lectern with built-in microphone, MultiPassEnabled computer, monitor, presentation remote, and HDMI input for connection of personal devices; up to 6 wireless lapel or handheld microphone. The projector, screen and speakers are ceiling-mounted. Around the perimeter of the room are 8 flat panel monitors to enhance visability.
Africa Room: Features a ceiling-mounted projector, screen and speakers; a lectern with a built-in microphone, MultiPassEnabled computer, monitor, presentation remote, HDMI input for connecting personal devices (cable not proviced); up to four wireless lapel or wireless handheld microphones.
Rooms 109, 119 and 613: Each room feature a ceiling-mounted projector, screen and speakers; a height adjustable - ADA accessible - lectern with built-in MultiPass Enabled computer, monitor, presentation remotes, Blu-ray players and HDMI inputs for connection of personal devices (cable not provided).
Rooms 301, 607 and NiteSpot Movie Room: These small meeting rooms offer a display with HDMI connection to connect personal devices.
Academic classrooms are equipped with integrated projectors, screens and computers. More information is available on the Office of Classroom Technology webpage. The Office of Classroom Technology is dedicated to servicing Duquesne University departmental and academic events.
