Event Planning Resources
The following resources will assist in planning the specifics of your event or conference scheduled at the university. For internal event planning resources, see our DORI page.
Audio / Visual Request Form
Most spaces have an integrated audio-visual system which includes a projector, screen, sound system and computer with a Windows operating system. VGA connections are available in all rooms. Cords are not provided, though may be requested. MAC connectors must be provided by presenter.
For audio-visual needs beyond the integrated system, please complete the Audio / VIsual Request Form a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event. For more information or specific equipment availability, contact Kyle Payne (email@example.com or 412.396.4874).
Food, beverage, and linens can be ordered through the catering office. Estimates should be submitted a minimum of 10 days prior to the event.

Duquesne University is located twenty miles from the Pittsburgh International Airport and accessible from all major highways. Directions to Duquesne University and a campus map are available online.

Events with Minors (age 17 and under)
All University programs, activities or events which involve minors are subject to the requirements established by the Office of Anti-discrimination Policy and Compliance outlined in the University's TAP 50.

Guest parking is available in the Forbes Parking Garage at an hourly rate. Contact us to coordinate parking details for your event. Though every effort is made to accommodate parking for your event, on-campus parking is unavailable during peak garage hours (from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday during the academic year).
