Catering, Linens, and Alcohol
Parkhurst is the university's partner for catering on campus. Please visit Catertrax to submit your request for food and linen services. To request alcohol for your event, please submit an Alcohol Request Form at least two weeks prior to your event.
Event facillities on campus include meeting rooms and multipurpose spaces in the Duquesne Union, as well as ballrooms in both the Union and the Power Center. The university also has a number of outdoor spaces, such as Academic Walk and Mellon Patio, to host your event. Please see our Facilities & Services Guide for more information on locations on campus.
All events with minors on campus must adhere to university compliance guidelines. Visit our Minors on Campus page for more information about hosting minors at your event.
Currently, on-campus parking is available for permit holders only. Please contact Parking and DU Card Services for more information.
President Event Attendance Request
All event requests seeking attendance from the University President must submit a President Event Attendance Request Form (PEAR). Please contact Alison D'Addieco with any questions regarding PEAR forms.
