Student Events

Planning a student organization event? The following steps can ensure a successful event:

    1. Secure a space using the 25Live Scheduling System
      - Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to process space requests
      - See the Guide to Reserving Campus Spaces for an overview of all space scheduling processes

    2. Download the Event Details and Approval Form and collect required signatures

    3. Read through the Student Event Policies

    4. Download the Student Event Checklist to say on top of important due dates

    5. Complete an AV Request Form at least 10 days prior to your reservation date
