CLE/Education Series Focuses on Medical Malpractice
The Cyril H. Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law presents Forensic Issues in Medical Malpractice Cases as part of its Forensic Fridays continuing legal education (CLE) and professional education seminar series.Forensic Issues in Medical Malpractice Cases will provide a wide-ranging look at the legal implications of medical diagnosis and treatment gone awry while exploring the array of forensic scientific and medical issues confronting those involved in the litigation of medical malpractice claims.
Featured presenters include plaintiff’s attorney Charles Evans, defense attorney Wilbur McCoy Otto and forensic pathologist Cyril H. Wecht.
