Law Professor Adds American Expertise to Bolivian Legal Book
Robert S. Barker, Duquesne University Distinguished Professor of Law, was the only jurist from the United States to contribute to a book published in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Constitutional Tribunal of Bolivia.
The two-volume work, Justicia Constitucional en Bolivia, includes chapters by constitutional experts from seven countries of the Western Hemisphere and Europe.
Barker wrote a chapter titled El Control Judicial de Constitucionalidad en los Estados Unido.
