Strategic Partnerships Between Business Leaders and Human Resources
The Center for Corporate and Executive Education at Duquesne University and the HR Leadership Forum are co-hosting the workshop Achieving Strategic Partnerships Between Business Leaders and HR.
The workshop is designed to help attendees recognize each other’s strengths and how to work together effectively to create strategic partnerships that produce long-term value for an organization.
Presenters include Dr. Jay Liebowitz, associate professor of organizational behavior at Duquesne’s Palumbo-Donahue School of Business, Dr. Jerry Groves, adjunct professor of leadership and change management at Duquesne, Arnie Burchianti, founder and chief executive officer of Celtic Healthcare, and Lori Putnam, human resources director at Celtic Healthcare.
The workshop is geared toward senior management, business executives and managers, and project managers as well as human resources vice presidents, directors and managers.
Cost is $250 per person and $450 for business leaders and their human resources counterpart. The workshop has been approved for 4.25 general recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
