Ideas that Make a Difference
This award acknowledges an individual or a team who has developed a solution to a challenging problem to improve Duquesne's organizational effectiveness through a new method, approach, service, or product. This individual or team developed and implemented a plan that solved a problem for the good of the Duquesne community.
- Individual or team's contribution must be for duties or services that are above or beyond regularly assigned duties.
- The improvement initiative was applied to appropriate processes, services, systems, and/or methods at the University.
- Individual or team demonstrated leadership and good organizational skills to create quality job performance.
