Unaccompanied Youth
If you are an unaccompanied youth who is homeless or at risk of homelessness, submit
a signed statement describing your current living situation, when it began, and your
relationship with your biological/adoptive parents, including contact and support.
Be specific and candid.
Note: being financially self-supporting does not make you independent for financial
aid purposes.
