Next steps

After you submit your application, you will have access to your applicant portal where you'll find a checklist of additional materials that may be required. (You'll receive an email from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions when you're able to log in to your portal.)

This checklist may include transcripts, letters of recommendation and standardized test scores (or learn more about test-optional admission).

Health Sciences and Nursing applicants ONLY: If your intended program of study requires a letter of recommendation, you will need the following information about your recommender: First and Last Name, Organization, Position/Title, Relationship, Phone Number, Email (Please use organization email)

Financial Aid

Submit your FAFSA and any applicable state grant applications. Duquesne's school code is 003258. Be sure to list Duquesne as your top choice for the PA State Grant if you are a resident. Learn more about our PA State Grant match.

Transfer students will need to update these to Duquesne's school code.

You are automatically considered for academic scholarships based on your test scores and/or high school grades when you apply for admisstions. Start planning ahead by reviewing the ranges for first-year scholarships or transfer scholarships and using our Net Price Calculator.
