Meet the Newly Rebranded IT Service Desk!

To better align with Duquesne's evolving IT service needs and clearly reflect the services we provide, the Computing and Technology Services (CTS) Help Desk has officially changed its name to the IT Service Desk. While our name has changed, our CTS staff will continue to partner with the campus community to provide excellent customer-focused technology support to ensure success in teaching, learning and working at Duquesne.
To meet customer needs as quickly as possible, the IT Service Desk offers the Duquesne community help in many ways.
