Mylan School Of Pharmacy Educational Program Receives NACDS Grant
The National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) awarded one of six $20,000 grants to the Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy for a collaborative project with the Allegheny County Department of Health.
The program aims to prevent opioid-related overdose deaths, improve access to naloxone, utilize clinical and student pharmacists to develop educational programs for the public, and promote community outreach.
