1Students in the jazz emphasis may split their applied study between classical and jazz (1 credit for each area) or take only jazz lessons (2 credits/semester).
2GMPF 590—Performance Internship is required for international students, but may be used by all students who have internships or perform regularly with local amateur, professional, and semi-professional ensembles.
