  • Career Fairs: Career fairs are an excellent way to maximize recruiting efforts and develop brand awareness. Duquesne University hosts several Career Fairs each year to assist in your recruiting efforts. In addition to our biannual Career Fair held on campus in the Fall and Spring semester, there are other opportunities regionally and program specific that may be of interest to you.
  • On-Campus Interview Program: Our On-Campus Interview Program (OCI) is open to employers who are recruiting candidates for internships and/or career opportunities for graduating students or alumni. We want you to be successful and have a positive experience at Duquesne University.
  • Workshops & Events: Share your expertise while increasing your company's visibility on campus. Join us in person or virtually as a presenter, resume reviewer, or mock interviewer at one of our events.
  • Career Road Trips: Let the students come to you! Provide a small group (10-20) students the opportunity to visit your workplace, learn about your company, and meet employees at diverse levels within your organization. This half-day experience will be tailored to your company. This opportunity allows our students to not only engage with your company or organization, but to plant the seeds for a potential professional relationship.

These opportunities can be posted on Handshake for students and alumni to access. We also invite you to participate in on campus recruitment events like our biannual Career Fair.
  • Posting on Handshake: The best way to offer your opportunities to our students is to post them on Handshake. Handshake is a powerful platform for college recruiting and offers many great features for your team.
