Your Next Steps

This information will help you prepare for a smooth transition into your studies at Duquesne.

If you have not yet done so, please confirm your intention to enroll and submit your deposit to verify your acceptance to Duquesne University as a new graduate student.

To request a deferral, an applicant must pay their graduate enrollment deposit and submit a Deferral Request Form that is located within the applicant portal.

Our Financial Aid page is a great place to start exploring financing options including assistantships, outside sources of funding, and tuition payment plans. Our Financial Aid Office will serve as an exceptional resource to guide you through the process.  They can be contacted by phone at 412.396.6607 or via email at faoffice@duq.edu.
Set up your MultiPass. Your MultiPass username and password give you access to the campus Wi-Fi, email, DORI (Duquesne's intranet), billing, and other online learning tools. You are required to change your password every four months. Two weeks before your password is scheduled to expire, you will receive an email notifying you to change your password.

To set up your MultiPass, you will need your D Number, which was provided in your admission letter.

Your username for your university email account is your MultiPass username followed by @duq.edu, and the password is the same as your MultiPass password. There are two ways you can access your university email account:

  1. Visit duq.edu/dori and sign in with your MultiPass username and password. After signing in, click the Email icon in the top right corner of DORI.
  2. Visit duq.edu/mail and sign in with your MultiPass username and password
