Starting and Staying Strong at Duquesne
Before your first semester, you’ll get access to helpful checklists to guide you through what to do and when. As a first semester student, your Student Success Coach will register you for classes and help you settle in.
After that first semester, you’ll take the reins—but you won’t be doing it alone. Your Coach will still be there to support you as you plan your path forward.
Whether you're adding a second (or third) major, picking up a minor, or changing directions entirely, the Degree Planner helps you stay on track. Benefits include:
- Allows you to track your progress towards graduation
- Provides transparency of program requirements
- Enables at-a-glance access to semester class schedules
- Supports course planning for upcoming registration
- Facilitates collaboration with your student success coach on the path to degree completion
Transfer students are admitted on a rolling basis, so you're welcome to apply for a fall, spring, or summer start.
